Research Interests

My research interests lie at the intersection of international business, entrepreneurship, and strategic management. I am particularly fascinated by the dynamics of international firms and how firms navigate the challenges of global markets.

My research explores topics such as ambidexterity, innovation, risk-taking, and firm performance, with a focus on how businesses can adapt and thrive in ever-changing environments. I am also deeply interested in the behavioral aspects of entrepreneurship, including entrepreneurial passion and how individual and team dispositions impact business decisions and outcomes.

My present research focus on how multinational corporations (MNCs) use social embeddedness strategies across different organizational levels to navigate contingencies and enhance their performance while integrating into host country markets.

Through my research, I aim to uncover practical insights that can help businesses and entrepreneurs make informed, strategic choices that drive long-term success.
